Judge Clinton "J.C."Thompson

Judge Clifton Thompson was born in Florence, Al to his late parents, Charles and Johnetta Thompson. He was a widower of the late Nancy Thompson. He was the father of the late Nikita Thompson, and is survived by two sons; Charles Crider and Rashad Thompson of Tuscumbia, Al. Mr. Thompson gave his life to Christ at an early age and joined Bethel Lauderdale Baptist Church, and later in life he transferred membership to Mt. Carmel where he was an avid member until his health failed. JC leaves behind two brothers, Herman (Donna) and Reginald (Janice), as well as two sisters, O'Dessa (Charles) and Edna Pearl Stewart. He was also survived by a sister-in-law Millie (Mack). Judge had a host of nieces and nephews that he was survived by as well as great nieces and nephews too. Mr. Thompson departed for his eternal rest on October 6, 2020 where he was peacefully asleep in the comforts of his home. He was a sweet hearted man, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
